Blade dancer is currently the least effective of the three warlock sub-classes. The blade dancer has one tree that is purposely weaker due to a potential of being over powered (the one with mid-air combat/abilites), and another that does not feel very effective. A solution could be to re-introduce the sun singer revive mechanic. Defender has 2 ways to use their super, making a bubble or using a roaming shield. I believe a toned down version of the sun singer revive would be an amazing addition to the blade dance sub class path.

Blade dancer insn’t a Warlock subclass tho

Blade Sage (Dancer)- Solar Warlock subclass. Grenades: Swarm Grenade Solar Grenade Thermite Grenade Jumps: Balanced Glide Burst Glide Blink* (maybe) Super: Enter a Blade trance, wielding shortblades of Solar Energy. Use these in combo maneuvers to slice down your foes. Throw blades during Blade Trance. Combos: > Light= swing > Heavy= thrust > Light, Light= quickly slash your foe twice with both blades. > Light, Light, Heavy= finish with a twirl, creating a Nova of Solar Energy. > Light, Heavy= powerful dash attack. > Light, Heavy, Heavy= continue dash, leaving wake of Solar Energy. > Jump, Light= mid range Sky Dive to pierce your foe. > Jump, Heavy= short range stunning AoE on impact with the ground. Perk-set A 1) Flametouch- cast a line of Solar Energy front of you, Igniting all caught in the line. 2) Vulcan Way- all abilities apply Solar Burn, including Rift. 3) Enriching Flame- Allies hit with your Abilities are granted a heal over time that grants an Overshield if they are at or reach full health. 4) Phoenix- hitting downed Allies with your Blade Trance instantly revives them. All Enemies killed by Burns Explode. Perk-set B 1) Blade Cast- throw a solar blade at your foe at range. Hits Reduce melee cooldown slightly. Precision kills also reduce Grenade CD. 2) Hindering Burn- ignited foes are slowed, and killing foes damaged by Solar Abilities reduces Ability cooldowns. 3) Solar Sage- Ability cooldowns Reduced for you and nearby Allies. 4) Rain Dance- During Blade Trance, solar blades fall from the sky around you.

8 RepliesWow. I've played Warlock for years and never unlocked the Blade Dancer! This must be a super secret quest chain. The real trick is turning it from Arc to Solar...

This is some satire lol. Blade dancer is arc first of all, in destiny one and for hunters.
-
BladeDancer is a hunter subclass

Triggering me so hard rn. Swap Blade Dancer with Dawnblade and the triggering will stop. Anyways, I just think the whole in air accuracy with that tree should be as if your on the ground too.
