Bungie ruined this franchise with the sequel. I'll still play the last DLC but no more money for future DLC. The Destiny franchise is on the grill,Destiny ! burnt to a crisp and thrown away, Destiny 2 still cooking, and Destiny 3 sitting on the counter.We got served a burnt Destiny 1 and now we've been served a cooked but not done Destiny 2. I don't know how much more I can take.I just hope there is better game out there that is done.

1 ReplyI'll buy it. Sure Destiny 2 end game is trash etc. Once I've done everything at least once spending 40-50hours playing it I've already had my monies worth. There's lots of games out there which don't even have 20 hours of gameplay.

2 RepliesI am not buying or playing anything Bungie ever again. It is glaringly clear that they do not respect our time nor money. I, as a free market capitalist/consumer refuse to support any company that has such an utter disdain for my patronage. This decision was reinforced when It finally dawned on me that the "10 year plan" was not meant for me, but rather Bungie-Vision.

Buy anything Destiny related only after stellar reviews from Destiny 1 veterans.

You look at the 15 pages of complaints in the feedback section and there is a realization that most of these things would not be a problem if they just made the game they said did. Seriously, if the game had the scale of what they promised, it's player base would not be falling off a cliff so soon. Imagine if Destiny 2 included the planets from Destiny 1. That would have extended the storyline, with a greater build up to the end, as well as opened up more playable content. We could have picked things up of how Mars or the Moon have changed since we last saw them in Destiny 1. We could have seen more of the New Fallen Faction waging war against the other races. Also it would be a big bonus point for the sequel to have more worlds than its predecessor and its DLCs combined. Here is an old post I did. Anyway he says d2 was rushed (he quit playing about 2 mo ago and says he misses D1). Anyway if they push d3 when d2 was a wreck or crash grab...i would assume player base just won't follow out of principle. In other words they will waste another great deal of money (d3) because they didn't fix there last project (d2) and take care of their playbase.

Once I beat the base game in the Division i'm letting my ps plus go, i was getting it for destiny/d2 but it's not worth the money at this point.

The thing I love about this game is how good the company constantly updates the game with bug fixes, patches, and provides great new loot. This company pays soo much attention to the community and they execute our ideas !! I have never had a problem with this game, maybe got kicked a couple times, but it runs very very smooth. The best part about this game that anybody at any skill level can win! Wait.. .... ... Oh crap! This is the Destiny 2 forum I thought this was Fortnite... Bungie, You could learn a thing or two from Epic Games.

Did try the DLC but got bored quickly. D2 is such a let down. I check these forums once in a while. I don't think i' ll get D3. Bungie is trying a lot to get people back into D2 with the changes they are making (like bringing a lot of stuff back that they got rid off), but if people are gone it's hard to get them back. It seems like they are desperate now.

2 RepliesEdited by Reichlyn: 3/1/2018 3:13:32 PMI will not buy it at launch unless they show and reveal ahead of time that there are about 3 or 4 raids right at launch, about 12 strikes at launch and some sort of AA system for top end game as well as let us know ahead of time that there will be strike specific gear and strike specific weapons. That there will be raid gear and raid weapons and that Exotics will mostly only come from nightfalls and raids with very very very small chances from heroic strike list.
