Bungie is gonna penalize US for THEIR error
So Bungie is gonna be introducing a quitting penalty. Do you know why so many are quitting? It’s because the match making is just plain terrible. A player in the solo queue is getting matched up against 3 or 4 person fire teams. They aren’t gonna stand a chance in this team shooting stuff. I can’t handle it anymore. What a terrible, TERRIBLE idea that we get penalized when we are gonna be stuck with this sandbox and meta for 7 long months (assuming that change actually comes in March). I have tried and tried with D2. But this is terrible.

I leave when I’m matched up against a stacked team in solo queue that is just COMPLETELY annihilating my team and I’m the only one or one of the only people doing something or I’m carrying the team. As long as my team is good and AT LEAST knows how to point a gun and play smart I’ll stay and take the L.

3 RepliesI don't get it. People are always on here complaining how solo players get matched against teams... what is the alternative? A solo queue? Well that ain't happening anytime to soon. What is the big deal? If you're a whiney loser and you can't beat 'em... Join them! Simple. Lfg, or join a clan. Hell, there's a lot of people looking for friends. Still, this iron banner (like most) I was mostly solo. I won a lot. I guess, I didn't have to go up against any teams... Thing is, I generally don't bother looking because I'm playing the game! Probably closing in on 65 - 70 IB packages. Whoo-wee! It's fun.

Wait... People still play PvP? That's surprising considering they've ruined Destiny's PvP without that much effort. But hey, I haven't played D2 in almost 2 months(there's really no point compared to D1). I'm just glad I'm not playing it anymore. Got bigger and better games coming up on the horizon(Monster Hunter World(PC)and Bungie is making a Destiny 3... that'll be a train wreck worth watching.

29 RepliesYeah, quit being a rage quiter. If you getting stomped, the match is 5-55 just tough it out it will be done quicker then a normal one. I'm glad their putting this into the game. Rather have a scrub, newbie eager vs a quiter tbh.

I dont have these problems very often. Most of the time teams are full and you should never give up even if they arent. Do everything you can to win. If you dont ever loose you wont get better. The penalty is good because the problem is people givin up too easy if it aint guarantee win.

My nieces and nephews play Disney Infinite, and have infinite lives and never get frustrated from losing. Perhaps that game is more your speed? ;)

1 ReplyThe same stuff happened in D1, the same stuff happens in Halo, COD, hell, any team shooter will pair solo people with groups sometimes... just finish the match and earn your XP. I've never seen a perfect matchmaking system

1 ReplyI know its easier said then done, but try to avoid solo queuing if possible. People talk about what's the best loadout and so on...the best loadout is a tight, well communicated team shooting group..yes it's sad but it's how d2 PvP is atm

WINNING MATCHES MEANS NOTHING. Because of this, it doesn't matter if you are matched with opposing teams. Just hold your own, play smart. We all know the underrlining reason for this post, KD.

People have been asking for this since D1. Not just for crucible but for strikes as well. That is why they tried the medallion approach for banner in D1.
