Bowing out of the Rockstar Challenge
So I thought I would try to do that Rockstar Crucible challenge. I have roughly put in 25 hours into the crucible in the last 5 days.
In the beginning, I did Osiris quick play but they didn't count so I got 4 hours unaccounted for outside of the 25 so it's 21 counted and 4 not.
I currently have 3,887 points and am in 400th place out of 18,723 people.
The current first place player has 25,458 points. Than means he has more than 6 and a half times my points in 2 days more of playing.
Abruptly, this would mean this person has put at least 60 to 65 hours MINIMUM on top of tallying all kills.
If there are people who are this much ahead in 2 days, then I'm bowing out. That's just ridiculous.
I actually believe there is cheating going on here.
If I have to compete with THIS much? I'm done already

Definitely account sharing. [spoiler]https://chrisfried.github.io/secret-scrublandeux/guardian/2/4611686018428506660[/spoiler] If you click on the purple box's from the last few days you can see that the account has been played non stop for the last 36+ hrs with only a few time not in crucible. Most likely to let another person login. They don't seem to be teamed up with anyone else like 2nd place is (which is a smurf account). But might be more then just account sharing going on as well.

People are boosting. People are lag switching. People are DoS'ing. Top it off with piss poor match making. It's the same as Crucible in general and normal for Trials. Iron Banner will be the more of the same. They killed the game for PvP but have never taken a good hard look at the real problems: cheating and terrible match making algorithms.

2 RepliesThe guys at the top of the table simply have to be running teams on rotating shifts. Even with an average of 25 kills or assists per game, that's still 500 matches completed in less than a week. No solo player is gonna be able to keep up with that.

Teams are all playing on the same accounts and splitting the prizes. I saw LaB talking about that in their video. When that happens someone like me has ZERO chance. Not that I did anyway, but whatevs. This contest also is bringing out the lag-switches big-time.
