"Too hard to make content" - Bungie
You know what'd happen if I cant do my job correctly? My pilot could die, my friends could die and I could as well. So to fix that, they'd fire me for not being able to do my job. In bungo's case, "lets just have eververse get us money because its too hard to make content".
Edit: lol at the people thinking it was a direct quote. Its called reading between the lines. It was said however during the taken king, but the fact destiny 2 is in this state shows they're proving this hasnt changed. My title quote came from reading between the lines. Quotes are also used to signify things in a sarcastic manner. I cannot wait for bungie to sue this journalist for slandering their production as you people state is not true even though the product they release clearly shows that they cannot keep up.

Turns out it's because it was too long for most of these people's short attention spans and they needed it spoon fed to them in a click-bait YouTube video.

I had hope before that they'd get their act together but now I see that this is it. This is Bungie now. This is all these con artists are capable of.

He's riding the hate train to get his channel out there. I'd except this more from someone who actually plays the game. He didn't even give a shit about the game until the actual fan base of Destiny called them out. It's getting old now. I'm proud of this community for banding together to force Bungie to make very necessary changes to this game before it flatlines. Yong doesn't give a shit about this game or improving it. He's using what we're doing as a community for views. Like I said I still agree with him. It's not about that.

F this game.. No choice of pvp still? Really? I tried to play tonight after not playing a lot recently.. Every damn game va a team of four. Can't even matchmake teams vs teams? So dumb and not even even enjoyable.

1 ReplyI seriously dont think this is 100% true, sounds like something Activision would say, more so on the lines of "Bungie, you are taking to long and spending to much money on the game" and Bungie replying with "making content is hard" I seriously dont think Bungie would straight out say "this is to hard lets just not do it" something just seems off for me.

I love playing the crap out of this game too! I can only imagine what going with the original plan would've been like. Oh, and I imagine what it's like for D1 if they kept Marty and the original storyline and plan. Destiny is tragedy that I still love. Can't help but wonder what it would've been like if it was the Destiny we saw at EA all those years ago...

5 RepliesIf the company came to you and asked you to work for free, so you could save all those people's lives would you? Do you think the banks would be okay if you told them I couldn't pay back my loan because I worked for free and didn't get a paycheck? The root problem with all of this (if it's true, but that's up for debate) is that Bungie did not manage their finances correctly. There's a thing called a PL and business should manage their projects and operating expenses to it. That's why so many business are going to overseas operations. For cheaper labor, but so they can contract the job. They pay x amount of dollars for x project to be done by x time table. With s fixed cost it makes it easy to manage all other expenses. I suspect that Bungie contracted a big portion of development and left the finishing touches to their dev team. That's why we're seeing so many bugs. It's because they weren't testing it as they were developing it.

1 ReplyI regret having put my trust on Bungie by having preordered D2 and its dlc. I hope that things will change after the response from Destiny fans, but I also can't help but want Bungie to hurt for betraying its most loyal fans. This is not the Bungie that I remember.
