24 RepliesIt was the same thing in the previous dawning event in D1. You’re an idiot.
-
Got the whole set on my titan from the dust and weekly milestones ama #neverspentapenny
-
5 RepliesI'm having a blast. Just spent $60 on Eververse and I enjoyed every second of it. u mad?
-
6 RepliesYOU HAVE SUMMONED ME!
-
1 Replyso let me just make sure im understanding this right your talking about the (2t dawning event ever) the one with less microtransactions easier to get loot and a overall better event than last time and your complaining about eververse that you literally dont even have to speak to her to get everthing in the event
-
1 ReplyIt has always been like that so wake up...
-
2 RepliesImho this dawning is terrible because of the voidwalker exploiters all over the place in the only good crucible mode....
-
2 RepliesIt's because the game sucks not Eververse. Too bad you clowns are still playing
-
The Dawning is great! Snowballs for everyone! New goodies for free from Tess! I really appreciate these “free” events Bungie gives us. Most games don’t do this sort of thing.
-
Now, if only I could put my finger on where i've heard this before...
-
11 Repliesno one forced any player to pay real money during this. you are an idiot.
-
26 RepliesThis year's dawning is the 2nd Festival of the Lost for D1. Both had a load of microtransactions and only awarded a small amount of free gifts. The Festival was much worse though. Both were greedy, and have got to stop. Seriously, if I was awarded dawning engrams by grinding like they were bright engrams, I'd honestly wouldn't mind that much. But with the way they set it up, it kinda sucks.
-
And all they had to do was swap in the Dawning Engrams as the 'XP level up' reward. That would have opened up access to the Dawning gear for everyone.
-
Or that it’s just boring
-
1 ReplyIn other news, you guys made Christmas extremely good for me
-
Get rid of the freedom loadout too.
-
64 Repliesyou can still earn it through the game though, all of you are just saying eververse is bad without apparently knowing that you can get the stuff that's sold by just doing ingame activities and getting engrams.
-
2 RepliesYou know, not to disagree with you, but didn't the first Dawning's trailer have a line that said something like "Celebrate the Dawning WITH EVERVERSE!"
-
Nah I enjoy the snowballs. Good thing you didn’t have to pay a fkn dime for it huh?
-
42 RepliesWhy do people care so much about cosmetic crap lol
-
5 RepliesThis is maddening. I know they claim we can earn everything just by playing but seeing as I have received four of the exact same "Warm Winter Cloak" and that is the only armour piece from these gifts (none on the other two characters) just how am I supposed to get a full set?
-
25 RepliesThis dawning isn’t any different from previous dawning’s. Eververse isn’t the issue with this game. Everything eververse sells for real money can be obtained for free by playing the game. Three engrams per character not enough for you? I’m amazed at the he amount of people jumping on a bandwagon they probably don’t even understand.

3 RepliesEdited by Clint: 12/26/2017 3:48:38 PMWhat a ridiculous thing to say.. The dawning was all about cosmetics last year. I'm confused as to why people expected different this year. Eververse only sells cosmetic items.. You can earn everything without paying any money.. Why is this an issue? Why have the forums been ruined with this bandwagoning crap? How about you all exercise some self control? Problem solved. This is not about public outrage.. This is just idiots jumping on the train since this loot box controversy. What's amusing is that what goes on with destiny isn't the same.. There's no advantage to be gained! It's not pay to win.. There's no pay wall.. You can get everything for free.. Nobody is forcing you to spend your money. Grow up. And no I'm not defending bungie, I've got plenty of issues with destiny 2, but eververse isn't one of them.
-
2 RepliesWell, not ONLY the micro transactions... We've also got infinite Nova bombs, limited time Mayhem, Strikes that are literally the missions from the new DLC with small tweaks, and factions still only being temporary.
-
37 RepliesI played though like 10 mins of this and realized they just were trying to trick me into buying their crappy gambling packs. I quit and didn't look back. Destiny 2 in't a video game. It's an online "Destiny" themed casino that looks like a video game.
