I think Hand Cannons are in a pretty good spot, actually. They're a very niche weapon but in that niche they're hard to beat. You just have to get used to forcing engagements at ranges that benefit you.

And the range like come on an auto rifle has more range than a hand cannon i remember back in D1 they ruled

IDK I think hand cannons are good (better devil's = PvE) - as a choice I never used hand cannons in PvP so I can't say if they're good or bad - just remember what gets changed for PvP gets changed in PvE- there's no separation in destiny

Lets not do either of those things. I get stomped by enough Better Devils already tyvm. I'd rather that odd mix-up of a Uriels/positive outlook/mida... other meta weapons. 80% of crucible is Better Devils. It's lame as -blam!-.

On console yes please buff hand cannons. They are really just not performing on consoles currently. PC they work better.

It’s true that bloom sucks but on console try the verse 3 forge handcannon. It’s a 150rpm but with better range than any 140rpm or any other 150. Try ricochet rounds for max range but I recommend the most stable ballistics option in the first row(can’t remember what it’s called) it shaves a bit of range off but makes the gun spammable. Also the new 180rpm guns like the new crucible gun are ultra stable and shoot like lasers. You can fully spam them. Reload is super slow on the crucible 180 but the new 180rpm forge weapon makes a very decent crucible gun. The slowest firing, highest power 110rpm cannons did get a target acquisition buff and there’s a new one (looks like The Old Fashioned) that has QuickDraw and you can whip it out and finish someone off very fast. It’s still not ideal but all of the above improve the console experience. Try them and tell me if you like them.
