Does Anyone Actually Like This Game Besides Me?
I Have played this on and off over the years and the way the community has become is laughable. People complain about cash shops yet, if you do the activities in game you can get the bright engrams to get them. *Is that not the point of the game even if you do need a little help from Rngesus*
People complain when you have to pay for DLC content which to me is no different then paying for an expansion *WoW* Comes to mind. Swtor you pay a sub fee if you want to unlock certain aspects of the game. They may not be as big but your also not paying 60 dollars.
I have recently switched to the PC and while it is not the best game in the world I do have fun doing strikes with my friends, grinding out patrols and events.

1 ReplyI enjoy this game, there is good and bad. I’m not a complete devout. I think the complainers can’t handle the head game. What I mean by this: it’s a Loot game. You always going to not have something, that’s what you’re looking for . And once you get that, there’s going to be another goal, then another and another. You’re always going to be missing something, always denied something by RNG. And people just can’t handle it and take their frustrations out on the game.

I am having fun with D2. I am playing through the COO expansion and I'm enjoying the story line and the added weapons/armor. I like to play solo and I run with a fireteam as well. There have been some hiccups and some poor communication from Bungie, but all in all it's been fun. I also put in a fair amount of time in D1, and I'm still enjoying D2.

I think if you never played d1 from the start, like I have and many others, then this game is quite amazing. But since d1 was amazing (at least for me) and then having high hopes for d2 to be just as good if not better and it turned out to be nothing what I expected.

Im neutral. I do and don't like the game. I just want them to improve the game more, make it better

If destiny 2 was the start of the Destiny journey then I don't think we players would be nearly as pissed off as we are. Its not though. Its the stripped down, bastard child of two unreleased Destiny expansions (remember the 10 yr plan?), with a loot box shop attached to it.

1 Replypeople weren't complaining about having to pay for DLC content they were complaining that content they had already paid for got lock behind a DLC pay wall, i.e. prestige raid and night fall which had a trophy tied to them.

I like it. It's not the game I thought it would be and I think bungie have made some bad choices but it's got some great parts to it.

I love it. But I still think there's things that could be added/improved upon.

I enjoy the game. I play it every day with my brother and a couple of friends. We do Crucible quite frequently and I enjoy all of the content.
