Holy f—k crucible is FUN with this gun
First time in destiny 2 that I can’t quit smiling. When they nerf this gun I will quit playing crucible again. I can’t believe how much fun I’m having

Stupid gun. I am glad Bungie nerfed it into the ground. I actually regret even thinking about purchasing it from Xur. Bungie effed up.

If you like the gun, it's powerful and you are having fun, then Bungie screwed up. They don't do fun, they do balance.

2 RepliesIt's what Destiny was missing for so long: a truly awesome exotic weapon, the kind of thing you hit the roof when you get one. Admittedly, I agree with Bungie's decision to have Xur sell it; the gun was too OP and needed a patch, but let us have fun with it for a few days. But I hope they can learn from this, and maybe tweak the other exotics and make them awesome instead of boring. It's just a matter of moving numbers around, really. As far as the issue of PvP balance, they should just enact a new rule for competitive PvP: blue and lower equipment only. You want to use a legendary or exotic, do quickplay. You want a balanced skill-vs-skill Crucible? Do competitive, but bring your Prophet Snow armor, your Armillary scout, and your Refrain auto. Both sides get what they want.

You say PL is for those with no skill and yet it was available to everyone which means those with skills should have wrecked havoc on the crucible. No? It the same for those who complain about mida? It’s available to everyone why complain? Must everyone play the way you want before their point of view of having fun be validated? Poster, glad you had fun but too bad the fun ends tomorrow at reset

1 ReplyI, for one, am amused by all the people crying about the "lack of skill" in D2 Crucible. This isn't MLG Halo 2 or MLG Halo 3; This is Destiny 2, where Bungo wants everyone to stand a chance. Here, have an automatic weapon that can beat precision weapons outside close range. Aiming is hard, now you can be good, too. Hey, why not use two? Seriously. It's a joke in the sense of competitive. People act like using team-work in games where you play on [b]teams[/b] is cheap. Pretty much nothing here requires skill - unless you're using the exact same weapon, then individual skill is a factor. Just enjoy the stupid goofy fun or sit out of Crucible until the reset.

4 RepliesUpdate: Tracker now lists Lens as 76% pvp meta usage. Sins Of The Past, next closest at 2.3% Uriel's down to 1.2% Absent from the list - MIDA, Last Hope, swords. Just 3 days ago Lens meta usage was at 29%. For those out there that tried to make a defense for this as a 'skill' gun at any point in time, the results are in - you're dead wrong and look like fools. Partial refund and Prismatic Inferno perks, coupled with range and ease of use should have been enough for you to admit your situation......but absent that, evidence and math once again overwhelmingly shows you're still just sub standard players that need manufactured illusion of success. Congratulations . This conversation is over.

2 RepliesCrucible is only fun for players that have a negative k/d and can't go flawless without a broken weapon. Nobody that has any gunskill is enjoying playing laser tag against a bunch of camping 0.5s teabagging after every kill.

20 RepliesAll the scrubs and bad players love this weapon. It makes all that killing so easy. Just like with pre nerf vex, suros, thorn, and all those op no skill snipers in D1. Better have fun while it lasts.

Did u notice everyone is using the P. Lens and there is no other weapon that can go toe to toe with it? More balance please nurf this weapon so we can get back to a real game and not just fking ray tag.

2 RepliesIm sure its fun in low sbmm brackets. I played 2 stacked laggy ass lobby games and it was pretty bad. Teamshot peaking. Almost no map movement and I doubt there was a single encounter where the guy who shot first lost. Fast ttks can be good. Not when theyre combined with insane aim assist and slow, sluggish movement though.
