Also to add the damage value for this weapon makes you die in 0.5 seconds

The only thing I see wrong is that you're hating on trace rifles, like cold heart, Prometheus lens is pretty much a beefed up cold heart and a different elemental damage type, so I don't see anything wrong with it

If the ttk for PL is 0.5 seconds and all of the other guns is 1.2 second, how do you not see the problem? The gun kills me before I can get even 3 shots out from my scout rifle. It makes all other guns in the game useless.

Scout rifles have an effective range, also if you get close up with it and you have last hope or any other high damaging weapon it's easy to counter
