How many of you bought the 55min DLC?

I played it for a solid two and a half hours, which is not bad considering the length of TDB in destiny 1 that had the same price. Since the story I've been playing for around 4 hours and didn't even forge a second weapon yet. Some people are just too desperate to speed run the game and then bitch about the length of it, instead of enjoying it.

1 ReplyI bought it, but i suggest you put the $20 to better use. I suggest you use it to purchase some contraceptives. I mean if by some dumb luck you strike it up with a person IRL of the opposite sex the last thing this world needs is your offspring. I loved it btw love the changes. <3

I bought it. I think it is ok. Not terrible but not great. It gives me some of the chase I wanted as I now have weapons and other things to go after. This DLC was most likely 95% done when D2 released so not sure what everyone was expecting. Campaign is short but again it is to be expected based off D1 experiences. I have played 5-6 hours and just now started forging weapons and stuff. Should last me a bit as they roll out their other QOL updates. Just giving everyone a heads up that if you don't insert the disc or click on the digital version it won't start and you don't' have to play it. Wasn't sure if that was covered on these forums but just throwing it out there in case you didn't know. Apparently a lot don't know about this.

I did not. Actually, I haven't logged in for over two weeks. And looking at my game activity, I only log in every eleven - twenty days. And all of those log-in's are on Tuesdays, and for never more than two hours. There really is nothing to keep me coming back. Yep, great product you've made there, Bungie.

It is painfully obvious you didn't buy it. I really enjoy the new DLC but there is still a significant lack of endgame content. The Saint-14 Easter Egg was a really nice touch.

1 ReplyI bought a 3 hour campaign and adventures and strikes that I haven't had the time to play yet. I had a friend hanging out with me who had a head start on beating the campaign before I got home from work. He kept telling me, "Run past all that, or, you don't have to kill those things." So I assume anyone who is saying the campaign was 1 hour ran past everything. When you stop to shoot things it will extend the time you spend in the campaign. So, Since it took me about 3 hours while killing everything, I really enjoyed it. My only complaint is the same I have with all the campaigns. I greatly dislike that the big bad boss is easily taken down in a story mission. I would rather it take more than that. It makes the Both Ghaul and Panoptis look like they were never really a big threat or that those who were struggling with them were the power of ants compared to our guardian.
