Im not bagging, its a demanding.
I paid for the game and for my psn account, i want to play.
Unban or give me my money back, for the game and psn.
I never used any cheats, glitches, exploits or hacks! Im playing over 20 years and never got banned. Thank you for this experience, a great butt f. !!!
We got a strong consumer protection in germany, and i got legal expenses insurance. Im willing to use it.
I know its peanuts, but i did nothing wrong and someone has to fight for consumer rights. My leg is broken, so i got some time to fight for my rights instead of fighting in the crucible.

Fact is: I didn't do any glitching, hacking or network stressing. But i know know that its easily possible to do so. A psn friend was looking for a trials team. He found 2 people and asked me to join. Nearly all the matches were f. up, people got disconnected or the whole team left. Even my psn friend got disconnected from server and a loose on his ticket. But my ticked was flawless in the end. I had technical problems with destiny 2 right from the start, like heavy freezes and disconnects. I really thought that it was destiny 2 server problems. I played trials just a few times, aiming for the trophy and some tokens. I had no flawless ambitions at all and i dont care about my k/d. Im the one who is feeding other players k quote. I dont want to blame anyone, but im checking out the stats of the two other players in my team. My psn friend is not the guy to blame, i am 100% sure about that. And he didnt get any restrictions or ban Im still not sure about what happened at all in my last trials team. It could be that someone in my team used illegal tools like network stressors. But i have no evidence for that. And that's the point that makes me very angry. I didnt do anything illegal, and got punished without any prove against me. How can i be sure that no one is using illegal tools in my team? If a enemy player left the server, or a whole team left the server, do have to leave my team immediately? Or else im risking a ban? What should i do in the future? And why are legal players getting punished for other players faults? And btw, consumer protection and law is above any polices or agreements...

But he got disconnected in just one match, so he didnt got flawless. And he didnt get punished.(And that is just correct) So why did i? Because i got flawless? So its ok to hack and win as long as you dont get flawless? Wtf???

1 ReplyAs long as i know now, i am the only one who got punished. The other 3 team mates told me so. I just want to understand why i am the one who got punished. What evidence is there against me. Like i said, it was the first time that opposite team members left the server, i didnt know that this could end up like this to me.

2 RepliesHello guardian, https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 Bans are permanent, restrictions are temporary, Bungie will not discuss them and there is no way to dispute one. If you are searching for a refund then you'll want to speak with your retailer.

Stop with the sob story. You or someone in your team cheated and you were court red handed. you can also stop with the whole consumer rights thing as you clicked on yes to a agreement allowing Bungie to ban you from the game at any time. AND What about the rights of all those players who lost out of their rewards because your team came along and kicked them out of the game.

It's like this. You are in a race. You won, but they found out you sabotaged the cars of the other players. Many of their cars are very expensive. They take your trophies and contacts. You've been kicked from competing forever. Seems fair after all the trouble you've caused.

2 RepliesBungie has stated that they do not wish to discuss either bans or restrictions. If is a ban and not a restriction, then you will likely not get unbanned. To get a refund, you should contact your retailer that you purchased the game from and see if you are still in the time limit for refunds. As for taking legal action against bungie, this likely won’t work as to play destiny or destiny 2, you must accept a agreement stating that they are not responsible for any treatment you feel is unfair. I’m sorry about your current predicament and hope you find a way through it.
