I'm still banned without having any cheating software even open at the time of playing D2. I can't get a response out of anyone via tweets or forum posts. I'm losing a lot of hope, but I'm still going to keep posting here because I lost a lot of money, and more so access to a game I was crazy about. I really hope someone at Bungie sees this, I really hope someone will be willing to at least take a second look and here me out.
I've got a few theories on what caused it, and I'm working on figuring it out, but until then I want to keep posting here to keep it at least a little visible. I'm really upset, and a lot of people have been flaming me calling me a cheater and telling me I deserved it, but I truly didn't. I love this game so much and it actually hurts losing so much money for it when I can't even play it. I'll keep updating here

38 RepliesIn my book if you have cheat engines and hacks installed, you are a cheater and therefore rightfully banned.

1 Replyhave you got or run any emulators? things like the game boy one to play classic games on your pc? they have have cheat software as part of them that could also trigger it i think,

10 Repliesgood, you deserve it for having cheating software installed

4 RepliesYou should have unistalled your cheat engine from your system when you played D2. Bungie doesn't want any chance of someone cheating in D2. We all went through the hell of D1 cheating.

3 RepliesWelcome to the club. Just accept that Bungie stole your money. Go play a game that was made by developers with common sense and not money grubbing business goobers.

12 Repliesi have had the same problem as you. been banned for no reason. difference is i dont have any "cheating or hacking" programs installed. i have talked to blizzard and they cant do anything about the issue. this is totally out order! i keep getting the same shit over and over.... it just seem they are stealing money from us. how can one ban with no reason. i would by the game again if i had to but this ban restricts you even playing on the same device like WTF.. i need some sort of answer from Bungei!

I want to see if anybody was banned using Razer headphones, more specifically the Razer Man'O War. This would help greatly as I'm trying to see if there was a hook related to audio drivers that could have triggered the bans

1 ReplyAlso i'm pretty sure i saw you in crucible with a team that was using UnP unicorn to drop packets.

1 ReplyThe sad thing is bungie just does not care, you can tell by just their policy of not ever communicating. Every company has some false positives, even giants who are the best often have false positive bans. Bungie just do not care they are falsely banning people who never cheated. I have actually never seen a major company ban just for something like cheat engine or AHK running in the background. I mean it is one thing to ban if you attempt to hook the game, especially since it is fairly easy to detect, but they ban if they just detect it at all. I don't even think you could even do anything with cheat engine since most everything is server side, which is why the only real cheating you see in game is the ddosing. This is what makes it even stupider for the bans. It actually makes blizzard look bad by association since they actually have great customer service.

5 Repliesif your upload is less than 1mbs and you have anything else running that has upload, you will be flagged and banned. They clearly stated the min requirements. The other way to get banned is to join people in pvp you don't know that are using UnP unicorn, weird stuff starts to happen and the system ends up booting everyone, bans come the next day. Third way is cheat engine, if you used it to mod zelda or dark souls 3 and forgot to shut it, you will get an instant perma ban.

1 ReplyIT WERNT ME GUV!

1 ReplyBans don't just happen unprovoked. So... I don't think Bungie is to blame.

29 RepliesHave you joined any random fire teams for crucible and noticed people losing connection during the match? Why I ask is if someone on your team was cheating like doing ddos attacks on opposing players then Bungie just bans everyone on the fire team instead of just the person doing the attacks.

Bye Felicia!

1 ReplyBungie won't unban you. If you believe you are "innocent" call the retailer you bought the game through and get a refund.

I'm still banned on Xbox but not PS4 lol. Haven't cheated on either but nah ban actual players

31 RepliesHello guardian, https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 Bans are permanent, restrictions are temporary, Bungie does not discuss individual bans with players and there is no way to dispute a ban or restriction once it has been placed on your account.
