i'm just pissed of about not getting it after 60 package's
because the next rally might be in season 2 (December) < i may be wrong
and i am worried the loot might change to new stuff
i like completing set's of armour and the new monarchy armour
looks great even do it's a re skin

This. First time around I got the helmet and chest piece. So far all I have added is the cloak. I turned in over 200 tokens last night I got the shotgun like three times. I got two cloaks in the same damn package. It's maddening.

i managed to get the hand cannon sniper scout rifle and the titan mark after that it was all repeats mainly helmets and chests until i passed the 30 limit

I completely understand. I like complete sets as well. Would be great if there was a way to purchase the gear using a currency.

like in destiny 1 =] that would be helpful but it would be a miracle if bungie re done that
