I prepose this instead:
20-25 engram cap for the Faction that one the last Faction Rally
30-40 engram cap for the ones that didn't win last time
That way it'll give the other two Factions a fair chance at winning the Rally.
[spoiler]and let's face it, NOBODY wants to see Dead Orbit win each time. All the weapons and shaders are crap (except for the Escape Velocity smg, that's kinda ok)[/spoiler]

The reason that SMG is called that is because your suppose to throw it away so hard it reaches escape velocity.
