Then Activision leaked that it might have a new raid activity, and everyone went bananas because it didnt say "new raid" instead. Look, we cant be bothered to give any further information yet, or to appease players by telling them "Dont worry, its not on the Leviathan!" at least. No! Watch our Twitch stream where we'll tell you that, so we can have a few weeks peace and quiet playing Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds after we finish Mario Odyssey (we need to get 100 jumps on the skipping rope first). We know you're doing the same, because our numbers dont lie, so go on, bugger off!

1 ReplyOverall, I'd say I enjoy Destiny 2. And my friends do as well. The campaign is fantastic. Felt like playing a movie. For me and my friends, having a story we can immerse in is important. However, we do have some criticism to pass along... 1. The story is a tad too linear. IMHO, you should have included at least a few decision points that impact the outcome. That way the story doesn't play out the same way. It would entice people to play the campaign such that they can experience all the outcomes. 2. Exotics do not feel special. They are too easy to get and most provide no measurable benefit over legendary gear. All exotic gear should have a tremendous impact on your characters build... and in such a way that your character feels unique. The only exotic weapon that has significant impact that way is Riskrunner and the rest are just shiny things. 3. Strikes, raids, etc do not seem to matter enough to encourage people to complete them. 4. The Crucible seems largely irrelevant. And there is really only one game mode... 4v4. I'm not exactly a pvper but I would be more inclined to participate if there was more variety like... CTF, escorting something, defending a base, free for all... varying group sizes... private custom matches you can enjoy with friends with all sorts of fun settings (like how about low gravity). 5. Make a seamless connection between Destiny 1 and 2. 6. Redesign Destiny to be more of an open world you can explore... and make future quests that allow you to help rebuild important locations. I think that about covers it for now.

[b]Hey cozmo, does bungie have no shame in selling their game in pieces?Why does nobody talks about this in live tv or stream?Why take a step back from destiny 1?Why not add more content instead of shamelessly doing the exact same thing in destiny 1?Why arn't these things being addressed? in the end, they are literally losing devoted players because the game is being repetative and the new stuff that is being introduced is literally barely enough new stuff to keep a long time bungie fan going.Halo was great because once the whole story was introduced people had no problem replaying the multiplayer and co op missions due to everything was properly introduced so people had no problem adding to the lore and what not.Destiny is a great game but the people that make the game awesome are leaving, due to obvious reasons and its not because the game is different its because there is not enough of it. A lot of it is just replay over and over and quite frankly its getting old, and getting old faster withought those cool people that are no longer playing the game, again, for the same obvious reasons.[/b]

Fix the loot system. I’m sick of getting the same loot over and over again. Once the main activities in the game have been completed there is little else to do except grind for loot. I don’t know what happened around 4 weeks ago but suddenly all my exotic engrams would decrypt into doubles, trebles, quadruples and in some cases even worse. I can understand getting a few doubles but I’m getting ridiculous amounts of the same exotic gear even though there are still plenty that I have not yet found. I earn about 3 exotic engrams per day yet I have had no new exotic items for around 4 weeks. At last count I had found 6 riskrunners. It’s got so bad now that I don’t even bother to rush to decrypt them anymore as I already know it won’t be anything new. As a huge Destiny fan, this is a major disappointment and until the loot system is seriously adjusted my time and effort will be better spent in CODWW2. I’ll check back in December once Osiris drops and if I get nothing new in the first few exotics that I find then I’m afraid I will abandon Destiny 2.

Since the launch of this game every powerfull gear i got from cayde and hawthorne was a titan mark, pulse riffle and grenade launcher Litterly every god damn time... How am i supposed to level up with this bullshit loot system? Bungie what the -blam!-? Fixx this god damn bullshit

It would only be acceptable if you recycled all the raid exotics only for the legacy of our guardians. but if this is the trend going forward, This is very disappointing. No More EXOTICS from year one the story was we was meant to have new content new exotics not recycles of old gear in year one that was meant to be lost.

So amongst the list of fixes Bungie have said they'll make to the game, has there been any discussion around addressing the enemy ai and overall enemy competency in all activity? Only end game requires any sort of strategy currently. Heroic, prestige and other modifiers for other activities would aid in this too. The idea of new content loses it's appeal if it will be mind numbingly easy. Just got done with Wolfenstein and would love Destiny 2 to offer that level of engaging combat for all activity (as i know it def can).
