Where is my Zombie Apocalypse AR-47? How about Thunderlord? Please consider reintroducing Heavy Machine Guns!!

10 RepliesIt seems they were a big problem in D1 PvP.......said no one ever. Not 1 Nerf HMG’s post during the 3 years people played PvP. They cried for nerds for EVERY other gun, and super, and grenade.....but not HMG’s??? Yet Bungie felt the need to remove them entirely? I guess they felt that SMG’s were a good enough replacement? Hey Bungie, they ARENT!!!! Look at the nerf posts for certain SMG’s??? That never happened with HMG’s because a good sniper or even a scout would wreck you before you got close enough to even scratch another guardian. Bring back our Thunderlord!!! Bring back Zombie Apocalypse!!!! Bring back the Swarm!!! Above all bring back our Corrective Measure!!!

I personally miss having a HMG. I run a DPS rig and have the actium rig chest plate, so this would be amazing to combine with sweet business and a faster firing auto rifle in the energy slot. SMGs can never make up for the versatility of a HMG. I just hate that I took them for granted. I guess the Gjallarhorn does that to you

Yes, I was surprised when I found out that they had been dropped for D2. I never found them OP, and you ran out of ammo quickly, so not sure what the thinking is here. But I'd like them back, in some form.
