I want my Deviant Gravity-A. Was always fun using it like a Scout Rifle. But seriously, those weapons were OP as -blam!- when your heavy slot wasn't permanently occupied by GHorn!

3 RepliesLight maching guns (LMGs). Sorry to be that guy and sorry if anyone else already stated this. Heavy machine guns are too large to be carried by infantry. They're usually mounted like artillery, or on vehicles. It seems backwards if you consider an assault rifle a machine gun, but technically speaking, machine guns that you can carry which are larger than a standard "machine gun" are actually "light."

EDIT My thought process is since a weapon like Sweet Business is already in the auto-rifle slot, what need is there for a new class of weapons when they could put Machine Guns as a new class. I get wanting a new form of Heavy, but I would rather see them be Energy or Kinetic weapons.

Agreed. I used them exclusively in my heavy slot. -blam!- ghorn and truth and all that BS. Ass factory too. If I'd have known D2 scrapped machine guns, honestly don't know if I'd have gotten it.
