PC Frame Stuttering on decent rig with lower settings.
I have an i5-4690 and a GTX 4GB 960 16GB RAM and I'm getting weird frame drops and stutters while playing destiny 2. I also have the newest drivers and no viruses on my pc. If anyone could help that'd be fantastic :)

I see this happening if I tab out of Destiny 2 and continue playing while focus is on another window.

6 RepliesHey man, My wife is having the same issue. Like 3 fps until a crash error code Rutabaga? We think the fix is to update your OS. She's in the process of doing it now and I'll let you know if it works.
