Most people feel mega let down and mislead.

Edited by DiZ: 10/20/2017 3:02:38 PMNope, didn't preorder, bought a physical copy from GameStop in case I wanted to sell it back, or elsewhere... Still got Coldheart. 🤑
The code for it was already inside the sealed case, if anyone's wondering.
When the EULA updates, if you do not accept, you can request a refund. It's stated in the EULA under "Changes to the Agreement"

No. I’ve put a bunch of hours into it, so either way I feel like I got my money’s worth.
-
2 RepliesOh wow, you're still haunting these forums? I would have thought the amount of hate you had for, well, everything, would have driven you into a salt-induced coma by now.

1 ReplyEdited by Shadron Melay: 10/19/2017 10:11:39 PMNot at all. I've enjoyed (and still am enjoying) my experience. But I guess I might be labeled as a "casual" and D2 might cater more to me than the hardcore player. Idk...this is just my opinion and I fully respect everyone else having their own as well.

1 ReplyCould’ve been worse. I could have bought the season pass.
-
1 ReplyI hate to say it, but I do... will never pre order any game again. After this and ME Andromeda. ...

Edited by Nox Lumina: 10/20/2017 10:27:09 AMNot really? The squad and me been playing Destiny since HoW's end and we enjoyed the trip to 305, despite the awful new armor and weapons system. Shit, we even like the raid and God knows there's not many who do. But in the raid the redicule of the fixed rolls and lack of any armor perks became apparent. And then there's COSMETIC PRESTIGE RAID with no incentives to run it? Shit IB and Faction events (y'know, Dead Orbit rally)? And to top it off, Bungie's lack of response to all the things being factually wrong in the game. But hey, "TWAB we show you the PC specs
again
and tell you that we're listening to the 'millions' of you
AGAIN
without ACTUALLY doing something
A-FUСKING-GAIN
!" Good thing I didn't pre-order that Season Ass.

Oh my burnt hands, YES! If there ever will be Destiny 3, I'll buy cheapest edition one day before release. And I'll need more convincing evidence from Bungie about quality.
-
Yes, because i loath bungie for sticking it to those who actually play their game more that a couple hours a week. Bungie scrubs. Buy D2 and become .... ORDINARY!!
-
no but, I do regret pre ordering the seaons pass.. they have no incentive to improve until the money train runs out.. if it had been sooner, we may have seen improvements earlier. The Reboot has changed the game from something I really enjoyedd to something I don't appreciate and don't really have incentive to play as often.
-
I got a cool back pack to store my sorrow and disappointment with destiny 2. So no
-
No true destiny fan could like this game as much as the first. It simply is just not as good.
-
Yes I wish I didnt.. Bungie hype.. Never again .
-
No, I would of got it day one just like everyone else would if they didn’t pre order. Sure as -blam!- wouldn’t of held off from buying it for weeks to see if it was shit. Still had fun with what it is, doesn’t have the lasting power that D1 had but doubt it ever could ( let’s face it unless D2 is your first destiny or you’re some sweaty pvp player you are probably pretty -blam!-ing over destiny after D1) The -blam!-ed up a lot of shit and did some great things too.... am I disappointed I spent money on it? No. Just put my time into other games instead
-
No, I pre-ordered the standard edition and enjoyed the campaign. I played for about two months or so and got to endgame. I've not gotten around to beating the raid, but it's just completing the Gauntlet and Calus, but I'm not that worried about it. All I've received so far are tokens and that's it. I feel no incentive to complete it urgently. All in all, I can wait until a dlc is dropped, see what it's about and maybe buy it. If it doesn't have what I'm looking for, that's the end of Destiny for me. It's fine though. There will be other games after all.

1 ReplyNo. I enjoy the game. I still play games that have even less content. In comparison to Halo CE this game is huge. Yet we could play the same levels over and over again back in the day. What's changed is our addiction. We consume mountains of content in very little time. Similar to alcohol tolerance, we can take in a lot more content now than ten years ago.

Harvey Dent was right: You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. 👆🏼Bungie.
-
Very much so bud
-
No...but I regret pre-ordering the DLC’s. I’m no guarantee to be around by the time we get to Rasputin
-
Not at all
-
I enjoyed it but now it's just a game I put away after beating. Really sad. I thought this would be the game I play for the next few years but Bungie -blam!-ed up big time.
