It also happen this week to me too. I just finish the raid for the first time and my group wanted open the chests after Calus. But all my keys disappeard after the raid.
Do you already have a solution for it? Do we received the keys back this week or do we get any refund?

Not a word from Bungie yet. They said it was something related to changing characters but all I had was my migrated one from D1 that I never touched. I deleted it, maybe it's what causing the glitch. Do you have a migrated character as well?
