For example only choose from seekers whose light is equal or greater than the lowest light member of the fire team. Allow choice of class. Allow choice of subclass. Allow Mic required. Allow choice between experienced and learner. Allow the clans to guide games if they want or get a qualified guardian to fill a spot. Have a vote kick.
