I think guided games has a good chance of being successful-but an issue like this definitely needs addressing.
A timer to allow ppl back into the game before any penalties makes perfect sense.

They have the same on Overwatch, if you lag out of a competitive game, you get the option to rejoin without penalty.

I also like how ur put in a random match, whilst it searches for a suitable game, whether ur solo or inna fireteam. Bungie should incorporate similar features. N how in titanfall 2, you can select which game types u want to play n unselect the ones u don't. So wish we cud get something like that in D2.
