Please add Ship and Sparrow Collections to the game
I believe I'm correct in saying currently we have to store our Ships and Sparrows in the Vault or dismantle them. The Vault only has a limit of 200 and stores lots of other things as well (see below).
According to [url=http://www.destinysets.com]destinysets.com[/url] there are 31 sparrows and 38 ships in the game. If Amanda continues to sell the uncommon ones indefinitely then I don't need to worry about those. That still leaves 28 Sparrows and 31 Ships to collect and store for future use. I can just about cover these with the 10 slots per character facility but there will most certainly be more released in future DLCs.
I would like Bungie to reintroduce the Ship and Sparrow Collections that were present in the original Destiny game. I think this would be a nice 'Quality of life' improvement for the players.

Now that Curse of Osiris and the Dawning event have added even more Ships and Sparrows I feel we need this more than ever.

1 ReplyI'd rather have the ability to get ships/sparrows back via kiosk than receive bright dust for them. Especially since they are only available in a specific season. That way, the can safely be dismantled and retrieved later. Seriously Bungie, stop with the one step forward, two steps back approach. Not a good look.

1 ReplyI couldn't agree more. A small part of the appeal of D1 was collecting. . I appreciate that not everyone is into collecting because it was tedious, but collecting gave me incentive to play the game longer, help add to the end game.

2 RepliesI agree but it might lead to an issue with silver dust (which is why I assume it's not in the game). The only source of silver dust is dismantling ships, sparrows, and armor from bright engrams. If they make a kiosk, ships and sparrows wont give dust anymore making it really rare. Or they track which ones were from the kiosk and which were new. Either way I'm pretty sure that's why.

1 ReplyAgree, just deleted a character with 2 exotic sparrows and an exotic ship on it because I forgot to check the tab, then stupidly assumed you could print it from the vault. every exotic item should be in the collection area, no reason not to.

Agreed would be nice for all characters to have access to eachothers stuff like in D1, I had a favorite ship which I was able to give to every character. Add this pls. Oh and increase vault size way too small.

Same issue as shaders. Bungie doesn't make money if they bring back collections.

1 ReplyCurrently there isn't much point. Not a whole lot of ships or sparrows. But!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When they add more stylish craft (phaetons) having a better way to store them would be nice.
