Coldheart not dropping after campaign completion
Preorder exotic not received.
I played thru the campaign and got the emblem and sword and emote but no coldheart. Purchased the PS4 Pro bundle from GameStop and used promo code inside. Again everything except Coldheart dropped. Please advise

161 RepliesHello, Working with our platform partners, we believe that we have identified and resolved an issue preventing the Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle from appearing at the Gunsmith of some qualifying players. If you are the primary license holder on your console, please check in-game for your Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle. Once checked, please report back to this comment with your status, so we can confirm the resolution of this issue.

PSN: Apex_Predator_4 never go my coldheart either did everything to the T and still nothing.

1 ReplyPre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition on Xbox One and I beat the campaign TWICE with 2 different characters and didnt get any of my pre-order bonuses... If I didn't receive any of these then how will I tell if I even have expansions 1&2?! Like this is ridiculous

ty you bungie for being speechless and unresponsive. we you're fellow patreons who paid for your game that you promised such and such items and you fail payout on that promise and by the looks of it you dont really care. i have done all the neccerry items in all the help articles and even contacted sony themselves to be told that there is nothing i can or they can do that so im SoL for what i preordered the game for. with your lack of intress in responding back to your loyal customers makes me feel like honestly you just say things to try and get more money out of the players instead of being honest. so ty for releasing a incomplete game and wasting all our time with your preordering offers just to reply back that its our own fault for not receiving items. Better add my name too. On Xbox: Vivacious Fi11y. My fiancé bought the premium digital pre order edition, he received everything the content mentioned having and i got nothing. We game share and i noticed others having the same issue. Please fix this ASAP bungie!

Gamertag: Whats a CEsar, spent $100 for Xbox digital deluxe edition and didn't receive any of the preorder content. If I don't receive this content, I will not purchase another item made by Bungie or Activision. Especially if the future content I paid for is inaccessible.

Not for me. How do we contact Bungie about this? The forums aren't the way to get help with something like this. EDIT - So even though every guide online says no codes are needed, I did find an email from Amazon in my spam folder. With a code specifically for Coldheart. So I'm an idiot.

1 ReplyXbox one- i received the kill tracker ghost (possibly the emblem) nothing else from preorder. Any help would be appreciated. I pre-ordered the physical gamestop limited edition too if that matters.

1 ReplyI was in the same boat, went back to GameStop and they gave me another code. Logged back in and went to the gunsmith and it was there. Hope this helps

Not received coldheart or other items. Pre ordered delux digitally on xbox one. Completed all pre requisites. Paid ninety quid and now unsure if i even have the expansion parts.

1 ReplyBungie are saying on the link that listed above that licence holders for the game ( those who actually bought it themselves) should have it. So those who gameshare now have to spend $100 or £90 to get our own copy

Same here have yet to receive cold heart as well figure I'll put my tag for psn to see if it helps resolve the same issue, I've scrolled through and seems allot of people as myself with the ps4 pro bundle didn't receive said item so here is to hoping bungie fixes this soon - psn is xM3LL0_J3LL0x

1 ReplySame for me. Completed the game. Did not receive my Cold Heart drop. I did receive Coldheart from an exotic engram early on, but not from gunsmith when the game dropped. Bungie, please advise.

Bumping this as I have also not received Coldheart. I entered all redemption codes (both from in the game's case for the preorder bonuses and expansion pass, as well as on my receipt from Gamestop) and I have not received Coldheart. I have already claimed everything else. I'm hoping that Bungie will see this and acknowledge there is an issue, at least giving us a method to correct this.

And my name to the list as well. Purchased the PS4 Pro bundle and got nada, zip, nothing. The last time in D1 when I pre-ordered the expansion pass the pre-oreder bonuses showed up at the post master 8 months later. I am hoping that they can resolve this issue a little quicker.
