Companion App Issues
Is anyone else having the following issue?...
Even though I have updated the Companion App (iOS) today, I still can't use the 'Progress' and 'Gear' tabs.
I have closed the app numerous times and restarted my phone.
EDIT: Yep, as others are now saying, all sorted with the latest update. Thanks for your comments and feedback.

I'm having the same issue as everyone no progress and gear to be seen and I've updated the app as well

Why is the layout in general much worse? This app version feels like what should have been upgraded into the old app. Did we just get rid of the Character and Gear models all together?

I just wanna know where the armory is. I want to know what all the weapons are legendary and exotic alike. Hell we dont even know the total number of exotics there are. Also bungie you said there were more types of swords. Ive only seen one and ive beeten the game. Wheres the ground slamming sword you showed off and the kitana?

The issue is fixed for me now! But now I realize I can’t see a 3D image of my Guardian in-app anymore and I’m sad. :(

I had to totally uninstall the app then download again. Then I couldn't log in for around 5 hours. Does seem real buggy.

In the Google Play Store it says my device is not compatible with the D2 Companion App. I'm running 4.4.4 on model z970. Is it just not complete or am I really gonna need a new phone to run the app? WQTM

2 RepliesI dont know about Progress, but Gear started working for me after I went to my Profile. [Go to your profile (top right corner) and hit your public profile. Look at your character. After that Gear should load] Hope that helps.
