I'd imagine he would sound kinda romantic. That's usually how people view the french language. Ghaul shouts to guardian: Come and get it! (in french) Guardian misunderstands Ghauls "bedroom language", strips down, switches the in-game music to Barry White and brings the lube :)

It does not sound good. Not many games that are mainly English can pull off good French voice acting. This reminds me of Truth's French voice actor in Halo 3. Trying to be intimidating, but trying to hard. This is why most of the time, the English version is the best when it comes to games made by English devs. Ubisoft does French well sometimes, mostly because one of their main studios is based in a French speaking province in Canada.
