bought D2 deluxe edition on blizzard and didn't get a beta access code

hello there, i bought D2 deluxe edition with blizzard app. I have a command code. Blizzard app confirme that i bought the game and that it will be available the 10/24/2017. But i can't download the game to play the PC Beta. Support guide said that i have to enter a redeem code in Bungie Website but i never had this code. I checked all my mails and i just have the blizzard number of command for my D2 destiny2 deluxe edition. I thought that buying the game with blizzard will gave me automatically acces to the download and the Beta but now we're 3 days to the release and i still can't download the game on blizzard so i'm worry. Anyone can help ? thank you PS : sorry for my english it's not my main language

  • Hi, If you purchased from the Blizzard client you will not need a code to download the beta. Blizzard will have flagged the account that was used to make the purchase. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/115670

  • You will not be able to download the game or the Beta yet. Check your code redemption on your profile to see if it automatically is connected to your account. If not, then I don't really know other than Blizzard might automatically let you into the beta when it's active. I bought the Digital Deluxe edition on Blizzard as well, but I also got a PC beta code from a giveaway that I redeemed, so I don't know which was actually redeemed. Hope you find out how to get into the Beta!

Well... maybe I'm just using my brain... but the website clearly states the PC open beta begins on the 29th of August... NB it's the 28th for early-access PC. But hey, what's the point of reading anymore? It's not like Bungie spells out how to prepare for it in a weekly update
Only 4 more sleeps until you can play Destiny for the first time on your own personal computer. For players with early access (via pre-order or code), the ability to pre-install the Beta begins on Friday, August 25 at 10 AM Pacific Time. To pre-install, you must go to Blizzard’s Battle.net app and click the big “Install” button. If you pre-ordered at retail, take the Bungie code you got from your retailer and go to wwbungie.net/redeem to get your PC Beta early access code.
Cleary you didn't pre-order from a retailer... and thus don't get a code.
