The weapon, Subclass and armour systems in D2 aren't like the ones in D1, so you can't even question the decision before experiencing the actual game and how they do raid encounters in D2.

If you question everything, people will just think you're dumb and can't come to conclusions yourself. Locked loadouts for Raids are hard mode only, so YOU can play the raid and YOU can figure out if locked loadouts are a good idea well before hard mode drops. Reading about stuff isn't good enough, experience it YOURSELF to understand.

The reason I ask questions isn't based around making people think a certain way about me. It's to better understand things that I don't have the answer to. If you think I'm dumb, that's okay. I'll just keep living my life.
