And there's going to be plenty of cheating on PC :)

1 ReplyAnd teabaggers are trash
-
No, they should get banned
-
12 RepliesI hate keyboard/mouse lol. Otherwise I'd contemplate getting on PC. I just don't buy non-SP FPS games on PC. I did the 4 hour trial of Battlefront on PC. My k/d was .4. It was bad.
-
Or completely banned, that works too
-
Or they can just be banned so we can carry on and not give a shit about people who have nothing better to do, than to cheat.

1 ReplyCompletionists will go for the hat so...

All people that really care about cheating do is buy new accounts and stuff to do it again. This way though they may take a little longer to catch on at least. Also the only reason cheats are on, or persist on, PC is because a dev or someone able to remove the problem doesn't care. Go figure, same goes for consle, and otherwise cheating on PC is as rare as console. The most I see of cheating are easily false hackusations from salty players. I wonder how many here fit that description, that or are just people who have zero PC experience and are just repeating hearsay.

6 RepliesEdited by D34N0000: 8/16/2017 11:46:12 AMI may eat my words. But I've played on PC for about a year now and hacking isn't anywhere near as big a deal as people make out. This post is just alot of console players making them self's feel better, lets be honest.

13 RepliesI don't know, blizzard is pretty damn good at securing games. And I believe they have access to your account as well, though if they were to actually take action they could get in trouble
-
2 RepliesPrediction. Cheating will be so bad with their garbage p2p hybrid BS that they will be forced to employ dedicated servers, on pc only. Maybe more wishful thinking than a prediction.
-
Dunce cap should come free with preorders.
-
6 RepliesWhy stop at PC....might as well add PS4 and Xbox to the mix
-
Forget about cheaters on PC, let me see them do something about those cheaters on consoles first. If they can't do that in a closed system where they can have full access to monitoring and authorities then forget about trying to control the pc side.
-
Or perma ban...because thats what should happen to all cheaters
-
1 ReplyEdited by Trash Boat: 8/16/2017 5:47:48 AMIf you cheat, you get a permanent 0 light/power/whatever white dunce cap in the helmet slot. That way you're always -blam!-ed out of endgame activities.
-
Get ready lol, 3 out of 4 matches will have more then half players cheating. We pity you so much, pc players on d2
-
6 RepliesYes, every fully supported PC game is just full of cheaters. Developers have no contingencies in 2017 for this.
-
Either that or completely removed and banned from the game never to be able to play ever again even once. Sounds a little more appropriate.
-
1 ReplyExcept Bungie doesn't do anything about cheaters so yea.
-
6 RepliesI totally agree. Something that shows there is a cheater near.
-
6 RepliesThe one thing that that bungie did right was accept the offer that blizzard gave them. Playing on blizzard servers a long time ago was horrible but they now have outstanding anti cheats and have no issues with banning people. I hope things go good but I have no fallacy to think people are not going to try.
-
1 ReplyOr do what Blizzard did and start swinging the hardware banhammer.
-
3 RepliesWhy does everyone immediately think PC is full of cheater? Is it because they assume their controller aim will fully translate to K&M? Sure here have been those bad seeds that are full of them (the division), but many games have a very small population of proper cheaters.
-
This.
-
Or just, you know, ban them forever.
-
I hope Bungie was smart enough to make safeguards. If it turns out to be as easy to cheat on PC as the Division it won't last long on that platform.
