Warlocks Melee...

D2 isn't even out and PvPers are ruining it for us already! Warlock melee range was nerfed to be the same as the other classes. Warlocks ranged melee is one of the things that made them unique. It would be like taking the hunters knife away or the titans shoulder charge. The ranged melee of the warlock was just a part of what they were. This just proves that PvP ruins games. PvP and PvE can't coexist in harmony. At least not with Bungie and there idiotic philosophies on balancing. If you want to make a PvP focused game make a new separate game and take PvP out of Destiny for good. Also making each class univocal defeats the purpose of having separate unique classes to choose from. Every class should be different in some ways. Again, separate PvP and PvE adjustments. Josh Hamnerf needs to be replaced by someone more competent and wise to balancing. He's worthless. Alternate solutions for the warlock Melee: Make it less powerful in PvP Only nerf the range in PvP Make the Warlock melee range the same uncharged but with the charge extend it to its former range Leave it alone. It was no more OP than the Knife or Charge. I like aspects of all the classes, all are unique and powerful in there own way. Leave them be. EDIT 1: I do apologize for this half thought out rant. I was angry when I wrote this. It just feels like they took something special away from the Warlock. I felt the same with invisibility being taken away from the Hunter. Although the 3rd subclasses for each class could bring those perks back in some form. In regards to the ranged Melee I do not believe it was unfair or fair. It was simply apart of the Warlock nature. Same with the abilities of the other classes. A Guardian plays a certain class because it's fun. Bungie seems to make things less fun with every nerf. PvE should not suffer because of PvP and vice verse. I think we can all agree on that point. I mean no disrespect to any player. But I am passionate about this game so it bothers me when Bungie does unnecessary things. As fellow Guardians of every class, even if you hate Warlocks, try to understand the frustration. I'm not a big Titan fan but I by no means wish nerfs upon them. I want all classes to be strong and fun in there own unique way that caters to different play styles. Perhaps I'm just a naive fool lol Anyway Thank you for reading!

Both are only really f*cking in the right hands. Warlock melee range was OP in any hand.
