Nope. Two completely different genres with completely different players bases. How many borderlands fans play rts games. Obviously op or this post wouldn't exists but I'm going to bet not many. Couldn't see it selling well.

No. I do enjoy rts, but a borderlands one would feel out of place.

Never played borferlands, but that got me thinking, what other games would make for good rts games? Take Skyrim as an example, you have 2 armies fighting each other, imperials and the deejenerate stormcloaks. You pick a side for the campaign and basically do the civil war questline without the dragonborn. Hell, you could do it with any ES conflict, there's so many of them!

Nope. Just doesn't seem interesting. A huge draw to Borderlands is getting loot and making builds with your characters based in how you wanna play.
