Seems like a bit of a waste to completely abandon all the work you put into your characters. I'm sure there's people out there just like me who have gear that's nigh impossible to obtain nowadays and some loose ends left still to tie up, that and you're gonna come back to use your machine guns they've decided not to add into the second one. I don't know that's how I feel about it anyway, feels like a waste to move on completely after putting so much time into the game

All my good gear was on my Xbox account, and was lost to time when I switched to PS4. I've already said my goodbyes. I'll be playing on PC come October.
-
D1 will be a ghost town. If I don't like D2 I'm done with Destiny. I won't go back to D1.
-
Im removing destiny 1 from my console as soon as destiny 2 launches.
-
Regurlarly? No. Nostalgically, yes I would imagine the clan will be up for the rare Crota or VoG run but I doubt it would be any time soon. I would imagine maybe after January.
-
I would like to think I would still play D1, but in all probability I am more likely to spend any 'free' time exploring/patrolling the new areas.
-
Never gonna stop playing d1. I think a d1 dlc would sell a whole lot more than d2. After d2 fails, maybe they will come back to d1.
-
1 ReplyIf they remove all nerfs and make it back to what it was in year 1 I'll be playing it for the next 3 years until they get their act together in destiny 3
-
I will, but i have a feeling only sparingly. It'll be sad whenever i do sign back in. Three years of memories
-
It depends on how the base game plays for D2. The beta was fun but boring at the same time. The chaotic nature of Y1 Destiny was the best time to play in my opinion, but even in year 3 it still feels much faster and more enjoyable than the D2 beta was (except the constant grenade spam, I could live without that).
-
I would if crucible was decent or jump in privates. Worse thing special removal
-
Probably if matchmaking isn't too slow and the player base doesn't shrink like Battlefront definitely will (and already is)
-
3 RepliesI don't plan on playing either right now, Warframe made me stop playing D1 cold turkey and I thought the D2 beta was garbage. I'll probably go back to D1 at some point for nostalgia.
-
Me but only when the exclusive content from the ps4 comes to xbox in October
-
Yeah, for a day or two, for those PS exclusives when they drop in Xbox on October......
-
I'll jump back in October in order to try out the ps exclusive stuff. After I do all that, I plan to delete it for good.
-
I will for Jade Rabbit.... Stupid exclusives...
-
If they kept trials I def would, but without it I doubt I'll return to OG destiny unless they buff everything lol
-
Me but only so I can have my amazing power fantasy
-
I've played enough for all the people in my neighborhood, I'm good.
-
4 RepliesI like how all these people in this chat don't like D2 just because they can't one shot people in the crucible anymore. Most people that complain about D2 are those exact crucible/ Trials players. Do t buy D2 if you just use Ice Breaker, Palidrome, ect... makes the game more enjoyable for us primary users. Thanks!

While I understand the sentiment, I haven't played Destiny 1 but three times in the last 2 months. I am ready for Destiny 2.
-
I doubt I'll ever go back to it. I have had a fantastic time playing this game but I'm ready for something new to play.
-
I uninstalled destiny 1 months ago because I was done with maxed out all my characters and was just getting tired of running things 1000 times over.
-
I will be deleting Destiny 1 once I get Destiny 2 lmao I've enjoyed my time on D1 (for the most part) but I'm ready for something else now.
-
Putting D1 for good once 2 comes out
-
I feel like I'll still play 1 until I'm like...all in with 2. So I guess both? Por que no las dos :D
