Healthy Debate on Destiny 2
I've been seeing a lot of salt and understandable frustration on the forums about things Destiny 2 is getting wrong. (P2P connections, 2 primaries, MUTE PROTAGONISTS)
However, I've also seen some excitement (New areas to explore, 50 cutscenes in the main storyline, and fresh PvE content)
So I figured this could be a good thread for people to state their opinion in a mature way, and maybe suggest some improvements, so Bungie can actually get some good feedback instead of just hearing "THIS GAME SUCKS, CANCELLED MY PRE-ORDER."

I'm extremely excited for D2, I have it pre-ordered and definitely don't have any plans on cancelling it. But there are a few things I wish were different: 1) Movement. It just feels slow. As a titan main through D1, I really hope there is some way to move around faster. Making Agility increase your sprint speed could help. 2) Take sbmm out of quick play. In the beta, quick play always felt more sweaty/laggy than comp. That obviously shouldn't be a thing. 3) Hunters need something more than shadstep in place of the titan wall/warlock rift. 4) New enemies. This a big one I have had to learn to deal with. I was hoping for new enemies aside from the ones we've already seen in D1. Having some new tiers of existing races is cool, but I really wish there were 1 or 2 brand new enemy races to fight. 5) New Classes/subclasses. I guess from a lore perspective it makes sense to keep the same classes, but I was pretty disappointing to see re-vamped subclasses instead of brand new ones. 1-3 are things that can be changed before release, 4-5 are things that I just wish were in there

Ghost actually said something about our characters being mute during the caydes stache mission but i forgot what it was

One thing I would like is that once you finish the campaign with one character, is done for the other two. Do we really need to go through the same stuff again with different characters? I don't think so. Would like an option to skip all of it once you completed it.

While I am hyped for destiny 2 I'm more hyped for the PC version. Gaming at 144hz is going to be the best on destiny. I get those who are not gamers can play at 30fps but I can't wait for mkb and 144hz. I upgraded from a 980ti to a 1080ti recently so I hope I can run destiny 2 on ultra settings and staying over 144 frames.
