If you are not going to play this game, What are you going to play?
Curious what you are looking forward to playing. Anything good coming out?
What other fps will take Destiny's place?
Myself, I plan on buying Destiny2 Most of the dumb stuff will most likely be ironed out with the full release. At least gear-light level and what ever else we don't have access too atm will most likely take care of the slow timers. I'm hoping anyways. I still had enough fun to go ahead and take a chance on it. Always looking for good fps tho..

I'm going to play actually fun games that keep me entertained for a long time. I wueit destiny for a reason, and will only be playing destiny 2 for the sole fact that I'm not paying a cent for it, and will stop playing when I'm bored. Titanfall and overwatch fit all my shooter needs. There will also be more than enough new games coming out to keep me entertained.

I'm just going to play my back log of about 50 games. Then maybe after a few updates and dlc drops for D2 I'll see how things turned out. If it's good I'll pick it up on sale.

In addition to that I'm looking forward to a few new games. Battlefront 2 Crackdown 3 South Park fractured but whole Metroid Samus returns Middle Earth shadow of war Lego Marvel Super heroes 2 And, for the first time in the last few installments, I'm interested in the new assassin's creed.

A few days ago I was working at Walmart, my new job, and spotted a few Switches in the game case. Grabbed one real quick. I've been playing Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, and Mario Kart Deluxe. Looking forward to: -Monster Hunter Worlds -Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon -Super Mario Odyssey -Sea of Thieves -Assassin's Creed Origins -Crackdown 3

3 RepliesWarframe took Destiny 2's place the moment Bungie decided they liked money over the fan-base that carried and supported them since the time before Halo. Without the Cynicism, Warframe is a free, more rewarding alternative to Destiny with easily the same amount of content that is on par with, if not better than, Destiny's. Then there's the matter of how Battlefront II actually looks slightly more promising than the last one. And, while it isn't a shooter, Monster Hunter Worlds is going to rip GoTY out of the hands of literally any hopeful competitors this, next and the year after.

Recently built a gaming PC and I've been playing the shit out of PUBG. I finally got my aiming down and not miss clicking keys all the time. It's becoming really fun and my internet can handle streaming and playing it at the same time.

I'm definitely going to play D2 for the first year of its release. If I feel like is a bad game by then, that's when I'll find something else. Conviently, anthem is also coming out fall 2018. If D2 isn't working out then I'll definitely try anthem. It's not an FPS (it's in third person) but it has the same loot based shooter genre as destiny, and has classes too. So I hope it'll be fun.

If you are looking to keep yourself busy till D2, I'd recommend getting into Warframe or Titanfall 2, both of which come with free dlc released ever so often.

only other big fps coming out is COD WWII, and I don't think anything will take Destiny's place anytime soon since it's basically a genre of its own. People keep talking about Anthem, but it's not going to strip Destiny of its player base since a lot of the community is pretty hardcore.
