Did Bungie Let PlayersExplore The Farm To Cover Up The In Game Expierence?
So, it's quite possible. Most everyone hates the new feel, so there is a chance they did.

Their plan was to let us explore the farm in the first place.

Edited by RPColten: 7/23/2017 7:23:18 PMThey opened up the new social space for a limited time so that people would cram in there. This served to stress-test the servers and what they could handle reliably. It was never meant to serve any real purpose for the audience.

They let people in the Farm to stress-test it, based on the fact that they opened it for a very narrow window so everyone would pile in at once.

Got to disagree. The farm they put up is empty and if you bought the game based on that you'd actually be an idiot. It's literally just a small social area with not only less charm than the Tower had but, also some insanely placed invisible walls and insta-kill zones. Woe to you if you actually thought it was a large explorable area!
