Vaults combined, and sub class work missing
I need help. I have 3 characters, a warlock, Hunter and Titan. Some how their all sharing one vault, my warlocks and I lost every thing in my Titan and hunters vault. Also I had all sub classes done on all 3 but now 2 sub classes need to be redone on my hunter and Titan. Can anyone one from bungie help ?

Your sons have their own vaults on their accounts, but their vault is shared between their characters. It has been this way since day 1. Also, there is no way you talked to anyone from Bungie. They aren't there on the weekends. 1 ReplyAll i know is when i first started i played my warlock then dabbled in the other classes. I decided i didnt like the look of them so i deleted and started fresh. I've always had to use app to move items between toons. Other wise i would have just put in vault to take out at a later time on other toons. But yet i could not cause they had seperate vaults. Also no one is willing to comment on why i had to use mobile app to move items from toon to toon when it was my only way. And for the comment on me and my kids on 1 console is wrong. I have my owne that the kids do not use. So seeing as no one is willing to accept that i actualy did have seperate vaults i'm just going to chalk this all up as a waste of time. Theres nothing but trolls here and i will def think long and hard about purchasing the second destiny. And i will def think long and hard about recomending any thing by bungie to any one. Also on the comment about videos or snap shots or what ever. Who's gonna take that in the first place ? Cause you shouldnt. If its done right then there should be no need for the consumer to have to do so. Also how is some one that wasnt use to these new units supposed to know how do that ? The last console unit i had before ps4 was a nintendo 64.

If your sons were using multiple console accounts, they would each have their own characters and vaults. There would be no way to merge this however. As for your subclass, what do you mean they need to be redone?

Characters (Warlock, hunter, Titan) 3 max DOES NOT EQUAL 3 accounts on the console (Dad, son 1, son 2)
