3 RepliesI always get a kick out of these kinds of threads, To me it comes off as entitled person wants this or that. Kinda like the child I see throwing a tantrum when mommy and daddy won't get them that toy or candy. I personally have a wait and see attitude. I do have a feeling that it's going to be for the most part just like destiny. They are just adding new or extremely similar supers and abilities. Also bungie and activison are not being jerks, they are business people and the business comes first. Money will always come first since it's needed to pay peoples salaries and to keep them in business. I am sure if it was up to them and money was no object then everything we would ever want would be in a game, but they are people and have bills just like the rest of us. People need to stop taking everything a game developer does so personal and just remember they need to balance what we/they want to put into a game with what is feasible time/cost wise. But with that all said. for the developers in a double edge sword, if they don't hype up the game it doesn't sell all that well and they don't recoup enough money and have a loss and if they over hype the game they recoup the money and more, but disappoint the people that buy their games. So either way they are screwed.

2 RepliesYou only play PvP and only have one class and three characters. I'd say you're just seeing it from a PvP stand point which is the last thing most end up going to. From a pve point it's not a big deal. Last I checked Destiny was marketed as a pve game

11 RepliesThe lack of private matches at launch is probably because Bungie doesn't want everyone to know the maps before they go into a real match. That's the first thing I would do, but I don't mind going in blind as it'll be more fun that way.

5 RepliesOutside of going in to get ghosts or finishing my srl bounties after the event ended I have not touched private matches and I'd go as far as saying the majority of players have not used them. I think the only people who used it outside of the first few weeks are sweaty players doing scrims with their teams. But look at the bright side. Private matches are coming and are probably going to much improved over what we currently have. I'd be surprised if they weren't working on editing tools that would allow us to change spawns for ammo crates, team spawns, objective points and all that. It will be worth the wait I'm sure

Thats because it will be a selling point in future dlc's Everytime you question bungies logic... just answer it with "It will be a selling point later on". That's how they have/will forever do things. We'll see larger lobbies, gjally, fatebringer, etc etc in the future, but they will be the headliners when new content comes out. Remember "Back in black!"? When sales slip they just pop in what the community has questioned/wanted forever. Then look like -blam!-ing heroes.
