@Deej Transverse Steps won't drop!!! (Literally)
I turned in almost 100 exotic leg engrams and no Transverse Steps. Everyone would say oh it's bad rng or you should've bought them from xur, well I was out of town that weekend. I'm telling you they are bugged to not drop. There is 7 exotic legs in Destiny. That is around 1/7 drop. I've looked up almost everywhere on youtube and Transverse Steps on exotic openings and no warlock boots for them. This is actually not just me, people on these forms informing that it's not dropping for them either. Actually 1 person I've read said he opening close to 300 leg exotics and the same issue for them. I know people consider these boots ok but I want to pick up ammo to shoot for more DPS. @Deej please fix this bug.

It's bugged. I have another account with just a Warlock. There is only ONE Exotic Leg Engram for him as we know Every leg Engram turns into Peregrine Greaves or Bones, it's absurd. They will also never appear in Xur's inventory by RNG or they would have by now (9 months since ROI and counting). The bug itself is maddening, but Bungie's refusal to acknowledge it is more so. Admit it's a bug and fix them into Xur's inventory for at least one week

Here is my post from nearly 4 months ago: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/221800634 I even tweeted @BungieHelp daily for over two weeks straight recently. No Response. I'm assuming that they are well aware of this issue and know they are never going to address it so they just continue to ignore it. Their focus is Destiny 2 now. The bug affecting the drop of Transversive Steps will never be acknowledged. I've given up. The only way we'll be getting them is if they finally force them into Xur's inventory again like they did in week 1 of RoI. It's been 35 weeks since then. In that time, he has sold Voidfang Vestments 7 times and has had no trouble selling many other year 1 exotics multiple times. I don't even bother with engrams anymore. It's not happening.

Update: saved my strange coins for a month (223 three of coins) just finished my last one and got 16 leg engrams. Opened them on my warlock and no transverse steps.

In the same boat. Over 100 Exotic Engrams and no 'luck'. I remember throwing them some shade on the forums when they first dropped. Now they enact their vengeance by forever giving my Warlock Hunter gear. XD

I dont think it's bugged, just a question of RNG and a dash of luck. Here is the thing, one mistake i hear a lot of people make is that they seem to open engrams on their titans or hunter and hope to get warlock gear. In my experience (and correct me if i'm wrong), the drop from engrams will favour your character class first and then other classes. OP, i'm not saying you do that, but if you did, try opening your engrams on your warlock instead, hopefully this would make a difference. P.S Warlock only has ONE exotic leg, this could potentially make all the difference.
