Incendiary nades - use them and profit.

The burn seems to never do anything when I use them

If you actually hit them, it will kill them within a few ticks, if not immediately. And you can get some fun kills in closed spaces by bouncing them off walls. ;-)

They work, they just glitch on me to often for my liking

No more than my flux grenades glitch on me. Always nice to see a sticky not stick...or bounce off an enemy...
