How did we get on the subject of Legendaries vs rares? I thought we were talking about exotics.

Something called "Tiers", the way I'm interpreting your point is that a higher tier shouldn't have an advantage over people that are using lower tier weapons.

That would be wrong. I would love it if exotics were more powerful than legendaries. I come from the school of "All Nerfs Must Die". I have never asked for a nerf for anything. I want powerful/good gear. I'm just saying it's a waste of time because of the Nerf Brigade.

Yeah I'm on the same page, they really need to stop needing good guns because all the others suck. They need to buff bad weapons. But I don't understand how that's relevant to making Exotics better than legendaries. I don't understand why you even want exotics if you don't want them better than legendaries. Makes 0 Sense
