Maybe lower the assist just a bit but it needs to be there due to the restrictions controllers can't overcome.

I agree. I'm not asking for full removal. If the grenade is heading towards your head and you move, like, and inch, it should still stick. But if you are constantly moving and it is visually moving and curving trying to stick you, there is an issue
