Im a little confused by the outbreak prime quest
Do i have to do the number thing with people who are trying to do it to or can i just input the numbers by myself? If its with another 2 people where am I supposed to find them because i am new and pretty sure most people already have done this. Can anyone help me out

[quote]i am new and pretty sure most people already have done this.[/quote] Even if a player has completed the quest they can join you at the Iron Temple, go to the Vanguard Scout and get a Siva Engine Replica to help you out.
