Seriously, the dude that is the biggest jerk and whines whenever someone dies is 9 times out of 10 the worst player on the squad. He tells people what to do the wrong way, has add and gives running commentary of his "awesomeness," and dies all the time while making excuse after excuse. These guys are cancer, man.

When I die.. most of the time I just say.. ****** and sorry, lets wipe and restart. The most annoying part is though when you try to explain stuff to others how to do it.. this person is actually talking through you and trying to correct you in the wrong way.

They think it gives them more inches.

I'd almost prefer that over the people who have chat open, but all you hear is a party in the background. Literally had this at least once. We tried to ignore it for a while, but eventually just kicked him because it was distracting and made communication more difficult. Not like he was doing anything worth while anyway.
-
1 ReplyI'll talk crap the whole time, but I usually don't complain when people die lol
-
Why do we have to make a post to be validated by the overweight nerds playing this game?
-
One guy was talking such a big game to me, he asked for an experienced swordbearer and when I signed up he said he'd one sword crota with weapons of light and I was just backup. He only gets crota to 60%... I cleaned it up quite nicely and killed crota in the next sword, but otherwise it was just funny.
-
It's BECAUSE they're talking all the time, they're distracting themselves and even worse they're distracting others and keeping the line for communication busy so no-one else can coordinate. Next time you get one and they highlight someone else's mistake, not your own, tell them that if they would shut up maybe other people could concentrate without someone else droning on. And if they say you should be able to play with someone else talking, start talking over them the entire time, believe me, the loss of all the attention that they were getting will push them over the edge to shutting up. Most of them just need to be ridden hard because they've always gone unchecked. Unless they're a squeaker. In that case they can't help it, be kind in letting them know that the best way to complete this is to focus and give relevant help, and some of them will actually switch gears. But even if they don't, remember, it's a kid, and the game is not worth as much as they are.

You better not buy overwatch man, so much cancer there I'm starting to loose hair

I have a friend in my clan who can legit 1v3 us but dosent bitch about it.
-
Its worse when they're PvP players. Like you can't even talk about anything PvP related with them around because they instantly trash you and say they are Destiny gods. I will quote my latest conversation with this Destiny "god" (We were all talking about what our best kill streaks were) Friend 1- "I think my best was like 22." Me- "Same! I got it back in year 1 when guns were good." Destiny god- "Shut the -blam!- up, I got a 34 killing streak with an autorifle, you're all shit." *Everyone is quiet* Friend 2: "I don't think it was with an autorifle." Destiny god: "Shut up you're trash at this game. I could 1v3 you all and win." Me: "Um... Cool?"

It's called compensating.

I got called a troll a few days ago. I jumped into a raid team to help a buddy. Some random in the party kept calling me a troll... Problem is, I had more kills than he did. Someone aaked if he was the troll because of his lack of kills.
-
I know that feel. Some guy on Crota last night kept complaining about how we need to get the sword hits right and he was our swordbearer and died just about every single time. And if someone called him out he was like "calm down guys I just need to get use to it again" and yet if someone else made a mistake he kept talking about how it's "literally so easy, why are you messing up". I ended up leaving.
-
1 ReplyThat's why you are the host so you can kick them.
-
Calls out jerks...OK Then proceeds to call them cancer...
-
Good question
-
I feel targeted...

I'm more surprised when a group of randoms actually talk to each other. Even in nightfalls I like constant chatter, it relaxes you and play better as a result Nothing worse than dying because the guy who is supposed to have your back gets overwhelmed by enemies and doesn't say a thing. I used to be the fireteam leader when I played raids with a mate and a group of randoms, one the most frustrating experiences I have had. Guys not talking to each, not shouting out oracle locations, being overwhelmed, people trying to do everything themselves, all I could hear from them was heavy breathing. That fell apart quite quickly at the beginning of vog.

Man, I sure do have a lot of junk in my trash can

5 RepliesDouble Rainbow.....all the way....what does it mean?
-
Still looking for pro-raiders, my buddies left the game, now searching for perfect players because i dont want to waste time like last week on crota: 3 hrs doing both challenges...check my stats and add Semper_o_Fi
-
They never get the gun they want either lol
-
101 RepliesBecause 99% of the current Destiny community is comprised of scrubs that don't have atleast a 5300 Grimoire score. (Indicating some kind of knowledge, game play time, experience, & skill).

1 ReplyYeah, I prefer the strong silent type players. Explain once. If you mess up no worries, let me walk you through it. Mess up again, don't worry try again. Mess up again, wanna try a different role? mess up again, dont worry, we'll try to 5 man it. Just stay alive and pay attention so you'll get it next time. My first raid (VOG) Since that, I never cared too much if people are messing up during raids. We've all been that person once.
-
Nah man, I'm the silent guy/type, the last one that complaines and I'm usually the worst or second worst player in the Raid-Fireteam of my Clan.
