The Long and complex process of pushing out an excellent patch!
Dev 1- "Why is Truth so popular?!?!?!?"
Dev 2- "Because we sold a god roll pulse rifle and brought back the superior shotgun? Leaving an exotic slot open to most meta loadouts?
Dev 1- "No no no no, that can't be it!!!! Get your logic outta here!!!! It must be because they haven't tried a Choleric Dragon with Vacuum or a Smolder with cluster bombs!!! Nerf Truth so they know what they've been missing!!!!"
Dev 3- "That is..... GENUIS. WE'LL WORK ON IT FOR EXACTLY 3 HOURS AND THEN PUSH IT OUT WITHOUT TESTING AND SAY EVERYTHING IS WORKING AS INTENDED!!!"
Dev 1- "Good work! You! Go get to work on the next TWAB!!!"
Dev 2- "Oh... Ok. What should it say?"
Dev 1- "The same as the last one and the one before!!!!"
Dev 2- "A reminder that Eververse and silver is a thing? And nothing else other than 'We got stuff coming?'"

Destiny Community: Bladedancer isn't performing to well! Bungie: nerfs almost all of Bladedancers passive abilities, in the process of trying to nerf hungering blade ruins every healing ability in the game breaking almost every Titan and Voidwalker build as well as the Red Death and Suros Regime. Destiny Community: Bungie wtf fix this! Bungie: Working as intended. We totally know what we are doing.

21 RepliesThe problem is that the Bungie doesn't want a gun to be the solution to a question. Truth was the solution to the best rocket launcher for PvP. Unfortunately, Truth was the solution not because it was over powered. It was not. It was over picked because it is an exotic and consistent. This is one of the prime examples where nerfing is wrong. The solution was to make other options more appealing to make people want to use something other than Truth.
