I could have sworn I had 3 keys on my Hunter that disappeared. I had to grab the ones from my warlock to run some strikes for chests. I will be keeping a record of how many keys I have from now on but this needs to be fixed immediately. To be honest some of us don't care about the balancing of guns/subclasses as this is your game and you can do with it as you wish. We all agreed to the terms. What is unacceptable however is losing items and server/connection errors. We have no control over these things such as having a backup of the save in the online storage; and it is critical that your server/system is working correctly. These above all else should be number one priority. Thank you.
