I warned once, I'll warn again. DO NOT PRE-ORDER DESTINY: II

Now lets get back to the post itself, I warned the community once and they were dumb enough to ignore it, with the kotaku article bringing up the problems of pre-ordering, even Boogie2988, Angry Joe, and so many more famous credible people, we need to remember, pre-ordering destroys games entirely. How so? Well, let me give you a list.
CoD: Advanced Warfare
CoD: BO3
CoD: Ghosts
CoD: Infinite Warfare
Titanfall (Was supposed to have a story)
Overwatch (Was supposed to be an MMO)
Recore (So many things went wrong with it)
and the list could go on and on and on...
But are you noticing something? No? Please go look at the trailers before it was released and the severe backlash of the final products reviews. The conclusion here is that preordering renders the product into a lump of clay, a very small one at that. Preordering the game locks you in on the product they intend to sell, and what they show you isn't the final product, like so!

Seeing it? Do I need to find more? No? Okay then! When the company knows they've sold millions of copies before they even print the discs they can cut out soooooo much of the game and just give it to you. And that's what happened to Destiny, Recore, Overwatch, -blam!-ING RECORE, No mans sky for christ sakes!
They know they can keep bending you over the rails because a lot of you don't have self control, so my second warning is this. DON'T PREORDER THE GAME! Let bungie print the discs and preorder a week before it releases, save the game, its future and your embarrassing burden of knowing you cause problems for the industry. Thank you!

I'll not be pre-ordering 2, had already decided that myself. I don't want a repeat experience so will wait to see what it's like - I play the game alot, considering the time I have available to game, and really I 51% Love 49% Despise the game. With that in mind, today's update could be the tipping point letting me give the game up before they even start with 2's teaser/trailer lies.

First off what happened to destiny was not that people pre ordered so they stopped and said we already sold this much no need to do any more, a famously misrepresentation of what the games was, was given by someone who didn't know anything about the game and over hyped it. but also near the end of development lost very important people involved in the development of the game, and not that music guy, but people who were in charge of putting finishing touches on the game, such as balancing, which is why destiny is still in the shape it is now. and people should have known better knowing this games was developed on last gen tech and the trouble they were having in the company was very public. COD ghosts was a great game the hit markers were on point like no other, and because people lost their shit over some of the maps were too big, is why now we are swamped with futuristic shooters. BO3 is also a good game. AW had a lot of issues such as too many variants Overwatch? what is wrong with overwatch exactly? I don't even have a playstation and even I know that no man's was over hyped based on the fact that what was shown what the engine could do was a controlled presentation and the developer was overwhelmed by what he was trying to accomplish. and people made a lot of assumptions. I would like to mention that I have pre ordered mass effect Andromeda sense the day it was available and I am not worried one bit mainly because it hasn't been over hyped.

For example, if a game is going to be available for download at 9:00PM I will sometimes preorder it an hour or two before that. Then when the release time arrives it has already been downloaded automatically.

Halo 2 delivered x 2 , first time i could go to the website and see detailed combat stats in every match ! Those were the days . I'll buy destiny 2 , cause there is something about this game , that keeps me coming back for more .

A total non-entity on the Bungie forum could 'warn' me every day for the next six months and I'd still preorder Destiny 2.

I gonna pre order a copy from the psn store, then i gonna buy a hard disk copy for the xbox and the ps4.

I only pre-order if the games had at least once decently sized Beta, I.E Halo wars 2 has had two of them so I pre-order because I liked it. I pre-order Destiny because beta seemed good, now I have over 2000 hours... Beta means a lot.

There was never an interactive story planned for it, nor was there any conotation that Overwatch was going to be anything other than a tf2 clone. (still better than tf2 more player diversity) Don't bother comparing Destiny to Overwatch, Blizzard actually listens to the community and tests their updates with the players.
