Well of course. Almost every single alien you come across hates the human race completely. Sure a few aliens don't. But there is a lot of hate dialog towards the human race.
Purporting that an entire videogame development team consists of racists― as the plural implies― based off of the unbecoming actions of a single person is a fascile overreaction at best. Heir is undoubtedly a racist, though his influence on the game begins and ends with gameplay mechanics (so you know who to blame if the game plays like shit). What I found to be the most interesting portion of the video was when the uploader pulled up a Tweet of Heir's which specifically targeted a white colleague for their choice of attire whilst using the bathroom. If Heir is inciting discrimination over at BioWare, then perhaps the best course of action is to get HR involved.
This is extremely old news. He's worked for Bioware since at least 2015. People got up in arms about it back then too. His point of views have nothing to do with how the game will turn out. I'm sure there are plenty of closet racists on development teams all across the industry.
Could you imagine having to work with that guy and be a white dude? He could literally say anything he wanted to you or about you and be protected, but if you said one thing back to him, you'd be labeled the racist and get fired.
