Now that we've seen all the Raids well ever get to see in this release Destiny, which one was the hardest Raid you ever played? Why?

1 ReplyKings fall was the hardest because people don't know how to freaking jump from point A to point B.
-
I always found King's Fall harder than VoG. Only did VoG twice, but had really good teams.
-
Looks and design I thought Kings Fall was the best. Mechanics were horrible. And well stupid for that matter. Running back and forth jumping in circles while patting your head and rubbing your stomach. Bleh stupid. I liked the length because before it dropped I wanted a longer raid. They should have made the mechanics more like Court of Oryx where you damage a boss a certain way like killing a mini boss or a certain combo. Not auras and jumping and slam dunking.
-
COUNTER clockwise dammit!
-
Kings fall. I hate it with a passion. I'm a completionist in Destiny but refused to do it, and still won't.
-
Lfg kingsfall was a nightmare. But it was very methodical and easy once I got into a clan and everybody knew their role.

4 RepliesDevils lair on destinys beta. Shit that took so long!
-
2 RepliesEvery raid is hard untill the mechanics are known and strats get figured out. But VoG still has to be number 1. Mostly cus that is the one raid that was that 1 mistake could ruin most runs. And that with all the "fixes" for cheese spots, the entire raid became glitchy.

6 RepliesEdited by chickengoujohn93: 2/8/2017 2:19:30 PMCrota's End the easiest eh? Where the vast majority of the playerbase had one sole purpose... which was to wipe allowing any Warlocks on the fireteam to self-rez and Snipe enemies at the Bridge Checkpoint and then shoot Rockets at Crota from an untouchable safe spot (the ledge) that was clearly overlooked during development. Anyone with any inclination of swordbearing experience was literally forced to swordbear and literally carry 5 players past the finish line for everyone's sake, including the swordbearers. Yeah, easy Raid indeed... So easy people had to exploit it. We will never really know the true nature of Crota's End unless it was brought back to current Light Levels with exploits removed through invisible walls, "returning to fireteam timers" and slight mechanic tweaks (especially at the Bridge) and possible Challenge Modes to spice it up. I could write a whole list of simple things that could change the course of how people go about approaching Crota's End but it is straying off topic and I've already wrote quite a bit. As for the hardest, Kings Fall.

All of them. I battle incompetent teammates as much as I battle the enemies

3 RepliesWhen each raid came out they all had their hard spots, But VoG has to be number one. I remember being in the final boss fight for hours and not finishing. Course now you can breeze through it but in the beginning it was a different story. In Crota and KF if you had the runner you were good. WotM is really kinda easy, and almost feels easier as you progress. Fun though.

I personally think kings fall was the hardest. Took my fireteam SO long to beat on hard. VOG is a close second though.
-
3 RepliesFighting Crota on hard was soo annoying back in the day, it wasn't even because the boss itself was that difficult, but the fact that this was a time when: - Heavy disappeared on death - Your health didn't respawn - The AI for sword bearers was dumb as shit - Crota was an unpredictable cunt - Cursed fucking thralls after Ogre's...
-
Is there a choice for I've never done a raid
-
1 ReplyKings fall, not because the bosses were difficult, but because everybody left after a wipe.
-
I only voted KF, because it was very unforgiving. If one person died, things became much harder for everyone else. In VoG, if one person did, it didn't really mean much. Only exception is oracles and confluxes. And oracles could be cheesed. Regardless, VoG is still at the very least second hardest.
-
Giant Crota with wings
-
KF was such a pain with totems. I hated the jumping wall and sisters.
-
8 RepliesVault of Glass but I'm talking about to us day one players. XD especially with the year 3 players coming in and having no idea how to use the Aegis shield Dx
-
VOG was most challenging, with really great drops (when ring blessed you) Kings fall was the most pointless, way too much jumping through hoops for really crappy gear
-
VOG was easy AF i dont know why everyone is bitching plus it was fun
-
I was at a buddies late one night when the DEA showed up with the swat team and about 40 officers.... shooting my way out of that was probably the toughest. #drugsarebadmmmmkay #cantnobodyholdmedown #merika #droppedbodies #nottrue
-
2 RepliesWhoever didn't pick Crota, jeez. That guy on hard was a pain lol.
-
I pugged Naxxramas once. The Four Horsemen are stupid difficult if the rest of your group thinks it's a tank and spank with no switches.
-
Sepiks in the beta.

1 ReplyBlackwing Lair - Vanilla World of Warcraft Level 60 Nefarian fight was awesome.
