A "Destiny Leak" is no longer a leak
Can we please all agree that "leaks" are no longer what they used to be and that now information/pictures are, purposely and with intent, released as a work around to actually paying money for traditional marketing methods? The "leaks" really seem like they are released by the devs or publishers to create interest in their future release...

1 ReplyI think that the reason for the Story being so bland is that ( I know, one of the story dev people got fired or quit) they put too much stuff in Destiny 1, so they ran out of ideas. And now their gonna take the rest of that old story, stretch it out, and put it into the next 10 or so games.

It's possible, and this is a dream, but the tower could become a closed off social space after the events (save for kinderguardians) and we regroup at the iron temple or the reef. I think that would actually be pretty cool. The event should be blocked until you've finished all the basic story quests, since a lot of quest lines want you to go back to the tower. Or the temple or reef is fine. But, I guess we shall see. Maybe this is all just a story quest that opens up the ill fated Cabal raid.

1 ReplyI'm still disappointed that original timeline never came to fruition. Of course the leaks are intentional. It's cheap hype. They create a buzz with some vauge pics, they get people to start giving traffic to websites, YouTube streamers go crazy with theories....all while they set back a prepare the actual reveals. It's free advertisement. Especially since they keep so tight lipped, the fans are dying for news. A si.ole picture on a desk can reignite a conversation and spread like crazy on the internet. Like it or not, that's the way the world of entertainment is.

6 RepliesSee, that idea was thrown out the window when RoI hit. We've had: 1 hive, 1 fallen, 1 hive, and 1 fallen expansion. So by all means I won't be surprised if the next one is another hive mission, where we fight oryx's second cousin or some BS like that.
